Returns and Refunds
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience after an order has been placed.
For cancellations made after the order confirmation email, a cancellation fee of 20% of the sale price will be charged.
If you purchase multiple items and we are unable to provide all of them, we will contact you. However, please understand that we cannot cancel items that can be delivered.
If we determine an item to be defective, and there is no stock for exchange within one week of the item's arrival, we will refund the full amount to your designated account within one week. (Please provide your designated account details when returning the item.)
※If there is no stock for an exchange item and it needs to be ordered from overseas, it may take more than a week for shipping. In such cases, we will notify you by email and ask if you prefer an exchange or a refund.

Please note that even if you specify a time, delivery may not be possible within that time due to unforeseen circumstances.
[Shipping Fee Table]
Nationwide Flat Rate: 650 yen
An additional 1000 yen will be charged for Hokkaido, and an additional 1300 yen for Okinawa and remote islands.
For orders totaling 15,000 yen (excluding tax) or more per delivery address, shipping will be free.
Note: Even in the above case, the additional charges for Hokkaido and Okinawa mentioned above will still apply.
[Regarding Delivery Slips and Itemized Receipts]
As part of our environmental efforts, we do not issue itemized receipts or delivery slips.
The shipping confirmation email we send will serve as your delivery slip and itemized receipt. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If you require a receipt, please indicate this in the remarks section when placing your order.
Please note that the copy of the waybill issued upon receipt of the item is also considered an official receipt.
Therefore, customers who placed an order with cash on delivery and require a receipt will need to return the waybill copy to us before we can mail you a separate receipt issued by our store, in order to prevent duplicate issuance.
